How to Take a Bath Properly

By

Taking a bath is the most important part of our life. If we want looks clean and fresh. We shouldn’t leave this habit. Taking a bath is like a ceremonial activity every day. We need this activity to keep our body clean and always smell good. Most of us begin the day with taking a bath before going to work. Taking a bath in the morning is the best choice for us who want to get benefit from this activity. We can choose warm water or cold water. But for older people they may choose warm water. In the morning is a good time to open the pores of the skin with water spray. The cells in the body will begin to run after having a sleep last night.

After working in all day long is good moment for us to release kind of fatigue by taking a bath. Or we can soaking our body using salt with water in the bath tub or combining with aroma therapy (including essential oil). This will help us to relax and felt fresh after working in all day long. If we care with our body, we certainly give attention to this activity. Sometimes we felt lazy to take a bath in the morning. But we should fight the laziness with a new spirit to give something better to our body. Bathing habit for most of people is flushed the body with the water. Bathing habit like this will harm our health, especially related to the colds and influenza problem. Bath like this causes the heat trapped inside the body that will cause the heat balance in the body and the cold became disturbed. From this hub I’ll describe how to take a bath properly that can help improve our health, especially for us who often attacked by common colds and influenza.

How to start a proper bath, please following several steps below:

  1. Flush water starting from the tip of your toes (right and left) upward to your knees.

  2. Start watering from your knee (right and left) toward the top until the abdomen.

  3. Pour slowly from the stomach upwards to the shoulders.

  4. Start watering your fingertip (right and left) toward to the shoulder.

  5. And then flush the water from the neck upwards to the head.

  6. Final step is brushing your teeth.

    .

All steps above must be repeatedly from 1 to 5 at least three times, except brushing teeth. Why do we start this ritual from the bottom of our body? Starting from the bottom of the body intended to elevated body heat to the upper body and eventually will be thrown out through the holes (cavities) upper body like the mouth, nose and ears. During flushing the abdomen and the chest (3&4 sections) we usually felt goose bumps, this was caused by the movement of heat from the lower body to upper body. In the head section, you may felt a little dizzy. Dizziness is caused by the discharge of body heat through the upper cavity such as mouth, nose and ears. After that you just brush my teeth.

If you promise to do this regularly, then approximately within two up to three months you will felt the benefit from this activity. The body will feel refreshed, lighter in movement and will be spared the pain of influenza and common colds.

I hope this hub useful for us. For bath product, we can choose the best for us. We can use a soft sponge material for the shower. There are also various kinds of soaps, aromatherapy soaps also be the right choice for us to relieve stress and provide comfort during bathing ritual.
